At ShakeSphere, we stand by the performance and quality of our high-speed mixing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the shaker or accessory is unused and in its original packaging, then securely pack it into a shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
